This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style and sports betting platforms in the Philippines. ph11 strictly enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification. Any Player found to have provided false age information will have their Account immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
The ph11 Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players physically located in the Philippines. To access real-money Games, you must create a ph11 Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one ph11 Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. ph11 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph11 does not charge a deposit fee for standard methods; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawals are processed to payment methods registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph11 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya; however, processing times may vary based on volume or verification requirements. Before any withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be complete. ph11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion.
ph11 complies fully with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR AML guidelines. ph11 may delay, hold, or decline any transaction that it suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, ph11 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Attempting to use ph11 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity will result in permanent account closure and referral to law enforcement.
ph11 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry dates. These bonus-specific terms are published at the time of each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Each Game category on ph11 — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games — is governed by its specific game rules, which are displayed within the respective game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game dealt by the dealer. ph11 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure that disrupts a game round, ph11 may void the affected round and refund the corresponding stake to the Player's wallet.
All sports betting markets offered by ph11 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC governing bodies). ph11 is not liable for errors in third-party data feeds used to display live odds and scores.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any ph11 content without express written permission from ph11.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph11 shall not be liable for:
ph11's total liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.
You may close your ph11 Account at any time by contacting ph11 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
ph11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if ph11 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. In cases of verified fraud or Terms violations, ph11 may forfeit all balances.
If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other matter related to your ph11 Account, you must first submit a complaint to ph11 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ph11 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aims to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph11's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. ph11 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player disputes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
